Enchanted Eye Studio creates fine art work, household adornment (both functional or just for fun), and beautiful accent jewelry in kiln formed glass.
Kiln formed glass means that the hot work is done inside the kiln instead of working with the glass in a molten state. Kiln forming is a process used for everything from creating thick sculptural art to jewelry to dinnerware and even furniture.
I love the colors, depth, textures, flow, and infinite possibility of working with glass. My next idea is always my favorite project, although I always return to the hearts. They hold a metaphorical and awakening story that seems to transcend the phases and levels of my explorations in glass.
